Loved these at first, so comfortable and super cute but the seams of the sole were just completely separating in spots as if they were never stitched or glued. DSW customer service offered $10 credit and told me to use the cobbler service which seemed kinda crazy to me for shoes that were only a week old. Was looking forward to buying more colors of these but rethinking the quality now :(

Got these before a vacation, needing a nice neutral shoe to avoid packing several pair. No need to break in - i immediately was walking 15000+ steps/day with no blisters or rubbing. Being white, they do dirty easily but also clean up fairly easily.

Needed a new white sneaker with a little height. These are super comfortable - wore them for the first time teaching all day and my feet were happy! They do run short - always wear a size 8, had to return and order size 8 1/2 which are perfect.

I ordered the light blue and just received them. I was appalled when I opened the package. Granted they were on sale, but does that mean I should receive a shoebox with no lid or protective packaging? Did I say they were "light" blue? They were just thrown in the box, an obvious return and I would say a tad "worn." I know DSW is a discount store, but it's not second hand. I'm not going to mess around with a return, I'll donate them as used. For you who are curious, they fit true to size and are a comfortable sneaker. I have another exact pair in a different color. I used to purchase a lot from DSW, but I will think twice the next time. Just not cool.

I bought these about a month ago, and I'm really disappointed in the quality. The faux leather uppers have really noticeable micro-cracks, the rubber is separating from both shoes where they naturally bend when I walk, and the soles are a lot more worn down than seems acceptable for a month of wear. They're cute and would probably be good if you only need to walk like 10 minutes a day and sit down most of the time, but I walk 30min to an hour every day at school, and I'm really not happy with how well they're holding up, they should have been more like $25.

DSW, what’s going on with your web copy writers? These arrived yesterday and were returned today because the description — all we have to go on for digital orders— never mentions the off-white canvas version of this shoe is constructed with sparkly off-white metallic fiber, which is definitely not discernible from the images and, seemingly, would be important to note. This is my second return this week for a faulty description: a handbag listed as ‘charcoal’ on your site, is actually black, and is labeled as black on the bag itself. Product inaccuracies waste everyone’s time: the customers, the employees who have to pull and prep items for shipping, and the associates who have to process the returns. So: one star.

These are comfortable but sadly started to fall apart within a couple months, with the sole separating from the upper on the sides. Wouldn’t recommend.

Style and comfort easily a 10. Purchased for my trip to Europe and only wore to the airports the first day then on the second day did some light walking and the shoe began tearing apart, the glue started coming undone, 14,000 steps later. It was such a bummer because these were pretty much the only shoes I brought that matched all my outfits. Now I am out of a shoe and in Europe. I really hope I can get a refund because at this point I am not bringing them back with me to the states to take up luggage space.

These shoes are SO comfy! I got them for my summer trip to Spain and they never hurt my feet! Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned and we had days we walked 13 miles! They were perfect to wear with skirts, dresses, or shorts. Only downfall is the material is super cheap. It’s not real leather and pulled away from the sides after 3 weeks of wear. I still bought another pair because the comfort was worth it but fur the price they should be better quality for sure.
