Right out of the box, they looked sophisticated, with a level of comfort he looks for. There was no break-in needed, as they felt more comfortable to him than most of his shoes. The cushion really lives up to the “cloud” name, as my husband felt like the shoes were light, soft, and nicely cushioned! What I’ve really liked about the shoes is the versatility. The brown color gives them a clean, polished look, so my husband can wear them for date night, work, or just out and about. They slip on easily and feel really secure, which makes it convenient when he is in a rush. The one thing he didn’t like about them was the hight of the heel. Due to the increased cushion, it placed his foot a little higher than he was used to. Overall, these are a solid mix of comfort, style, and convenience.
