NOT WOMEN’S SIZING
Huge, clunky, and definitely a men’s shoe. There is so much space in the toe that it literally bends in half at the bottom of the laces and puckers no matter how much you cinch the laces or arrange the tongue. The ‘whites’ do not match and that makes one always look dirty and yellow. I had high hopes for these but really disappointed.

Bloody, Booger Covered Used Shoes
I thought I was buying NEW shoes. My box arrived smashed and when I opened it I found my shoes covered inside out in boogers and blood! There were also public hairs (I am blonde) all over the sole! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I will NEVER order from DSW again!

Ok for Others, Not for Me
I’ve always wanted a pair of Dr. Martens and saw these on clearance. Picked up online order from my local DSW and was so excited. Brought them home and tried them on. They fit perfect, so sizing is good, but they felt so heavy and made my feet look so big. Even though they were not heavy to hold, when on my feet they just seemed clunky. So sadly my first pair of Dr. Martens is not meant to be. Will be returning them. Hopefully a different style of Dr. Martens will work better next time.

Sold Me A Used Product
I just waited 11 days for already worn dirty boots. Please, are you guys for real? How could someone put these in a box with a straight face? The bottoms are dirty, the laces are dirty, the tops are dirty. Is this a joke? Ya’ll really cannot be serious with this…

Must Have!!!
Seen these on clearance in store and tried them on but they were a bit snug. This boot did not have half sizing available so I ordered the next size up from what I tried on in store and it is a bit loose but I’m 100% happy with my purchase!!!

Love
Saw these months ago and decided to wait til they went on sale. I was torn between these Docs and a pair of white high top sneakers. Decided that these would be great year round shoes. I rarely wear sneakers in the winter. I did size down as they run large. Still enough room to wear heavy socks. I did buy some waterproofing spray to keep them that nice pristine white. Very, very happy with my purchase!

Out of stock out of luck
Poor customer service and apparently what sizes showing available may not be true! Placed two orders on yesterday for two different styles of Dr. Marten’s and both canceled next day saying ohh sorry it’s out of stock…even though the website still shows available. Oh and I got them with promo codes so awesome prices ironically. Sad

I ordered size 7 at the store but received size 9. My granddaughter really wanted these but her size is not available. Hopefully they will be in the future.

LOVE THEM!!!
Got these about 3 months back and they are by far my most comfortable boots. You can wear them all day and your feet are snug and warm! Lots of room for the toes without being loose at the ankle. Sounds weird but trust me they rock. Super soft and they don’t take any effort to wear in! Cute to!

Best boots ever!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these boots! They are soooo comfortable, and cute! I saw a few reviews that said they ran big, and then a few reviews that said they were true to size. I ended up getting them in my normal size 10 and it was the perfect fit! So I’d say they’re true to size. These are the best boots ever!

Cool
I got the okay ;) from my oldest daughter to purchase these awesome boots (she’s 29, I’m 57). She has them and I’ve been admiring them for quite awhile. I finally used some rewards and got them. They are really comfortable and I imagine will look great with anything. They definitely run big, I usually wear 9.5, I got size 9 and can still wear cozy socks. If you’re on the fence, go for it!
