Way too big!

These are SO BIG! I am a true size 8 (green) in womens shoes. I ordered an 8, they were too big, sent them back to exchange for a size 7. Get the size 7 maybe 4 days later and they're bigger than the first pair. I give up. I don't have time to keep going to Fed Ex to ship these back. I wanted to love them, but I won't be reordering just to be disappointed AGAIN.

OMGosh...comfortable!

Surprised the bed is comfortably cushioned and a bit wider which is perfect because I prefer a wide shoe. Color is trendy. Love the canvas feel. I can't get over how comfortable they are compared to the 1460 and other styles. The cushioned sole is music to my feet. Highly recommend if you have a slightly wider foot.

buyer beware!

Ordered the boots but was hesitant. Attempted to cancel the order and receive the most awful client experience! I am a project manager with over 20 years experience. The key to a successful product is the overall client experience. The representative made no attempts to show empathy or offer remedy to my inconvenience. She just kept responding with, "I will share your feedback with the team. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll definitely look into enhancing our service." Typical copy & paste does not erase my inconvenience nor does, "definitively look into..." I received the boots and they were pretty cool but I returned them due to the negative customer experience...so lesson learned here folks...buyer beware.

exact same size and fit as every other doc marten i've ever owned. super comfy, supportive, and stylish. thrilled to have them without animal products but also minimizing the plastics too.
