Poor customer service

The boots were fine, very stiff but that's not unusual with Doc Martens. However, the customer service from DSW was not a positive experience. I needed to return the boots and chose to wait to go to a store. I missed the return window by 1 day and they would not honor it. This is why I would recommend you shop at Nordstrom or other similar retailers who are very customer service focused. I will spend the credit received but will no longer shop at DSW going forward.

Second pair for my 6 yr old gal. I wore these religiously as a teen and now I have my girl wearing them. They are comfortable and easy for her to put them on.
