Cute except for the gap

I absolutely love these shoes but the gap around the ankle is not cute. If it wasn’t for the gap these shoes would be perfect.

Hard to get on

These were a gift and hard to get on. I finally took out the insert which was huge and substituted a gel insert. I bought new laces and took out the others. This gave me enough room to allow me to slip it on.
