Great Boot

Love this boot. Goes great with jeans, dresses, skirts and shorts. Super comfortable and a beautiful shade of brown. Im a size 9 in shoes and these fit perfectly.

Nice stylish boot. Bought the brown for fall and have already worn them several times, with jeans, dresses and skirts. I'm a size 9 in boots and heels and find that these run true
to size.

I was sad. I ordered these boots in standard calf width and they are too wide. I hate to see the wide width. At least I can take them to the store to return them.

Another disappointing online experience

This is the third shipment I placed on DSW.com in the last 6 months where the shoes are clearly not in "new" condition and appear to be either returns or in-store displays. When I returned the previous two returns to the local store, the associate stated, "they were instructed not to send used shoes for online orders." Please do us the courtesy of marking either "slightly worn", "former display", or "not in original packaging categories". So disappointed as these boots were so cute. Moving forward, no more online orders. I'd prefer to go to the local store(s) and choose to purchase new shoes or shoes from the clearance section that have been worn and are discounted in price by my choice.

Wow! The reviews were not kidding. I tend to be on the border between regular and wide calf. I got these in a regular and they are much to wide for me.

Wide calf Opening And Slouchy

I LOVED the online pictures of this boot, but upon receiving them it was evident they were not as sturdy as they appeared. While on, the shaft slouched and looked way too wide on my calves. I need to return them.
