My order arrived with only 1 shoe in the box- called and had a new pair mailed to me. New pair arrived with mismatched sizes. Needed size 7 - In box one she size 7 and other size 8!

WARM! They fit a little stiff, but I am not wearing them other than while working, so this doesn't matter to me. Fit true to size. I wear 10.5-11 and got the 11.

Comfy but sheds

The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fur lining sheds horribly, I’ve been finding clumps of fur around my house for weeks.

My new favorite slippers!

Very comfortable and very sturdy! In the past all of my slippers would not last more than a season as they would get beat down. These have lasted me all of this winter so far and they still look BRAND NEW....I am so excited! They are well made and also have some height on the sole which I love! I have foot issues and need the extra support! Awesome buy...thank you DSW!
