Dsw Ships Deformed Product

Shoes are comfortable but dsw doesn’t care how they package when they ship them. The tissue paper to put between those soul and the straps were right there in the box, but not where they should’ve been between the soul and the straps so that the straps didn’t arrive mangled and deformed and unbearable other than that. Great job Dsw.

Shoes Nice But Shipping Deplorable

I gave this a low star not because of the Shoes themselves, but because of Dsw shipping & presentation. Shoes are comfortable, but they arrived CONTORTED. The tissue paper could’ve easily be inserted under the straps to help the shoes keep their shape. The tissue was there in the box, but clearly whoever packed and picked this product didn’t freaking care to look inside the box to make sure that they would ship properly and subsequently to be able to properly wear the shoes. I can tell that they’re comfortable however the straps are severely contorted, and I can only hope that they mold themselves back into shape.
DSW, this is DEPLORABLE . You’re better than this. Your stores are better than this. Most of the staff that I’ve met are better than this. It takes two seconds to open the shoebox to make sure that the shoes are properly packaged to ship correctly, and the product will arrive as intended. The package did arrive with the box crushed, I don’t think that left Dsw that way. That blame is on Fedex as their delivery carrier partner. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in Dsw… not that they read these anyway.
Beware when order from DSW bc you may not get the product in new condition but deformed

Inconsistent Sizing

These seem really comfy, however there are major inconsistencies in sizing. I originally ordered a truffle pair from Nordstrom’s. One was wayyy wider than the other. You could feel it and see it. So I went to DSW and the same thing is going on. I tried them on and had to get an 8 in the black and 9 in the truffle. Some pairs had one wide and one narrow shoe together. So my advice would be to try them on in person first!

Comfy but caution if you want the brown as shown

Comfortable. I ordered the navy blue and the truffle (because I wanted brown as shown). Truffle is not as pictured and is taupe. Love the navy and may return the truffle just for the fact that I wanted the brown as shown.

This shoe is more of a taupe color vs chocolate brown as pictured. I’m keeping them because they are comfortable but I was them to be much darker
