    I bought theese shoes as a Christmas gift for my daughter, originally tracking showed Christmas Eve delivery date then it changed to January 1 so of course I was upset and the only way to get a hold of DSW customer service is through via chat. My experience with the chat was horrible as well, as it takes more than five minutes to have a live agent respond to any type of question I had to ask hello are you still there more than one time on each chat all that they could tell me is that my items were definitely delayed but then turn around say still within delivery timeframe well not if they were going to be late and they agreed I was correct but I still did nothing when the shoes finally arrived yesterday the third well outside the delivery date of January 1 or Christmas Eve at the start the box arrived damaged and it wasn’t because of shipping. You can clearly tell that the box left DSW‘s warehouse damaged and taped together with packing tape, then put inside the Amazon package. The package looks awful and a little embarrassing to have to give my daughter a late Christmas gift and a raggedy looking box I have taken pictures and sent to corporate along with copies of the transcripts from my chat. I will never ever purchase from DSW again that was my first time ever ordering from them online and it will definitely be my last
