I ordered Women’s 10 expecting to get that but I received a 9.5 :( then I contacted customer care and they sent a replacement of the wrong size again…. You’re better off ordering off the converse website!

O STARS! I am so disappointed in DSW! I decided to order these because it was such a great clearance deal. Now I know why. Since there were just three reviews on the site, I gave DSW the benefit of the doubt. When they were being shipped, I found more reviews outside of the DSW site with exactly my problem. The DSW site claims these are "Women's 6" but they shipped a what would be a Men's 6. These would actually be a Women's 7.5. I knew when I opened the package they were clearly not women's 6 just by looking at them. I have 2" of space. They also have almost no arch, which is a Converse issue. Converse doesn't design shoes properly for the human foot, but I'm not walking long distances in them. I have a feeling this is a way to get rid of overstock and scam people. I hope not, but I'm not convinced. I ordered clearance shoes because I need them for N event, and I'm poor! I don't have $8 to return them, but I do live 15 minutes from DSW. I will have to borrow a vehicle to return them. This is just wrong and terrible customer service Not only that, I need the correct size, and they're not available at the store where I live in Atlanta. Why would I order another pair, when this is clearly a repeat error? The online customer service agent was courteous when I called, returned my $5 in rewards, and sent a 10% off coupon. However, I used a 20% off promo for these. If DSW is having this issue repeatedly, why haven't the site developers corrected the error online? Maybe robots are packing the shoes for shipment, but someone in the warehouse should have the right sizes in the correct area for robots to pack. This is speculation, but there is clearly no quality control. I plan to leave another review after I visit the store. Let's see if this gets fixed on the website. If it doesn't, I will be reporting DSW to the FTC. Times are tough for a lot of people these days! This is a very stressful mistake for me because I detest shopping in stores. I have a diagnosed disability with serious sensory issues. I should have trusted the reviews on this site. GET IT RIGHT, DSW!

Same thing happened to me. It clearly says on the website "Women's Size 7". I ordered what was listed as a WOMEN's size 7 and received a MEN'S size 7. (Women's size 8.50 What is the point of doing this to customers repeatedly?? I am not the only one. SHAME ON YOU!! False advertising. Plus I applied my VIP $10 reward toward this purchase which I will not get back. I guess they think they can get away with that as the box says "Unisex" on whether it's men's or women's. What a waste of time and resources. Disappointing to say the least.

Exam same situation as above: I ordered size 7 women, I received a size 7 MENS, 8 1/2 women. DSW resolved it by sending a new pair and it happened 3 times!!

So, I ordered size 7 women, I received a size 7 MENS, 8 1/2 women. DSW resolved it by sending a new pair and it happened again! Just beware!
