    I've ordered these shoes twice, and both times they have sent me the incorrect size. Both times I ordered a women's 7 (men's 5) but received a men's 7 (women's 9). I wanted to wear these shoes for my wedding reception, but they kept sending me the wrong size, so I did not have shoes for my dress fitting. DSW customer service was contacted and they are sending another pair. Fingers crossed the right size comes. Otherwise I'll be ordering from the Converse website!

    Beyond Frustrated!

    I’ve tried ordering the men’s 7/womens 9 twice already. Once online and once in store. Both times I’ve been sent the men’s 9/womens 11. What is going on in the warehouse that they can’t get it together.

    DSW shipped wrong shoes 3 times

    I never got the correct shoes from DSW - they sent me the wrong size THREE times, and I ordered the correct size. I do not even know how this happens. 3 times they packaged a men's 9 which is women's 11 - from now on I will only buy from DSW in the store - side note, I did order the shoes direct from Converse and they are awesome!
