    I received the sandals a few minutes ago. Why were these delivered to me, looking like this? They looked, as if they were worn prior to shipping to me.

    runs a bit big

    Very nice but too big -- I'm a size 9 about 90% of the time, but these were a good half size too big at least. They didn't have them in store so I couldn't try an additional size (only ordered the 9). Too bad because they did feel very comfortable otherwise and thought they'd be perfect for walkiing around.
