Columbia Fairbanks Boot

My husband wanted dark green/gray shoes. The fairbanks was perfect except for the color. It says olive green but it definitely wasn't olive green! The green color is bright! The picture is very misleading!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third pair, for daily use and I only wish I had a different color. Light weight, good looking and durable. They could be a bit more stable but I’m not complaining.

These sneakers are very comfortable and stylish. I bought them with an upcoming trip in mind, which will entail lots of walking on bumpy and uneven terrain. Based on my experience so far, they will be ideal.

I absolutely love the fit of these shoes... they're the first shoes I've had in like 30 years that have had a toe box that was wide enough to not squeeze my toes together. That said... These are not tennis shoes, or hiking boots. They have good surface grip, better than you'll get in any tennis shoe, but if you walk two or three miles your feet WILL hurt. I don't know how they managed it, but I haven't worn shoes sine they 90s that made my feet need to be washed to not stink after just an hour or two. It's embarrassing... I haven't tucked my legs back under myself for fear my lady would smell my feet since like 1996.

I've owned these for a few months and they are very comfortable. The laces are too long but tying the bow/double knot helps.

I bought a pair last year, absolutely perfect I'm glad this shoe is still stocked.

These shoes were not good quality, they started falling apart after less than a year and were unwearable in a year and a half. The soles completely wore out.
