The shoes are definitely patent leather and soooo shiny. If that’s what you’re looking for - swipe. If not; be forewarned. Wish I returned them because everyone I wear them it’s all I see.

These Are Men’s Shoes!

Great Customer Service
I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. The original pair I received had a scratch on them and were very obviously opened/tried on. The DSW Customer service team was very helpful in processing an exchange for the item quickly. I received the new pair in perfect condition two days after reaching out to customer service. I was also able to easily return the original pair at a store near me. Still waiting to see what my husband thinks of the loafers, but I'm very impressed with the service provided by the DSW team.

Where Is My Order
I ordered this shoe over two months ago and DSW hasn’t delivered it to me. All attempts to get it through customer support service has NOT help at all. Please, deliver my order!!!

Perfect Fit
My son hates dress shoes so I usually cave in and let him wear tennis shoes for dress up. Not anymore. He loves these shoes. He has a slightly high instep so I was worried they might not give enough in that area but they are super comfortable for him.

Comfortable & Sharp Casual or Dress To Impress
Beautiful shoe, excellent built in foam cushion. A little narrow; perhaps a wide would be needed & the size is a perfect fit, but does not give any extra space. Consider a 0.5 size larger or wide, depending on how you like your shoes to fit, tight or comfortable with some extra room

Good Looking Shoe
My husband loves the look of the shoe! It’s very classy the fit is right on. The only thing is that the other day he went walking for a while and they were not as comfortable as other shoes. So don’t go walking long distances on this shoes.

Beautiful Loafer, Needs Some Break In Time
These are beautiful, classic loafers. I got these for my partner to attend a wedding, and he said they were very comfortable throughout the night. Our only issue was he had trouble getting one of his feet in the shoe even though that was his smaller foot. Thankfully, the genuine leather stretched out. So happy Cole Haan has wide width! If only they had sizes between 12 and 13…
