Really good quality shoe

Extremly Poor Service Good Shoe
I ordered these Cole Haan shoes in size 9, but the pair I received had a left shoe in size 9 and a right shoe in size 9.5. I didn’t realize it immediately and was quite surprised when one shoe felt noticeably larger than the other. Upon checking the labels, I discovered they were mismatched sizes. After contacting DSW, they agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement experience was just as disappointing. While the second pair finally had the correct sizes, it arrived in a heavily damaged shoe box that looked like it had been crushed, opened, and re-taped multiple times. The box corners were torn apart, and it was clearly not in new condition. Even worse, the shoes themselves showed signs of poor handling. One of the soles had visible marks and stains, making me question whether I had received a returned or previously used pair rather than a new product.

Lovely sneakers for my teenager!
Got this Grand crosscourt winner sneakers for my beautiful boy and he is so so handsome wearing them! It is perfect for walking and active plays. The shape makes his feet look smaller and just right. Soft sole and solid bottom that will last. Highly recommend!

Classy and Comfortable
These shoes are sharp looking. The dark blue and brown on the off-white shoe make it very classy. They are extremely comfortable. On a recent trip, I forgot my running shoes and did a 4 mile walk in them. They are low cut on the ankle so they don't rub the back of your foot like most new shoes do. The all-white trim on the base of the sole is prone to scuff marks, but they clean easily.

Young Mens Shoe
This is a nice looking shoe to wear with jeans. It is a little dressier than your average gym shoe. Surprisingly fabric on top, not leather, considering the cost.
