These shoes arrived in clearly used condition, no shoe box lid, no shoe wrapping, laces double knotted and dirt on sole. DSW made no attempt to prepare shoes for retail sale. This is my 2nd pair of these shoes and they fit my foot very well. Shame the company doesn't care about the customer experience.

Digging the color scheme. Shoes feel comfortable. Will have to see if they hold up. I own another pair from this brand and those fit a little too snug. Very thankful this shoe was offered in a different color scheme than the very trite black shoe with standard white base. Love that this pair went with off-white base.
