Lack of Information!
This product came up when I searched for Women’s shoes. Nowhere does it say it is Men’s. Nor does it say Women’s for that matter. I trusted that it was a women’s shoe since the search provided this particular shoe. After buying 3 pairs of this shoe thinking it ran Large, I realized it is a man’s shoe! On the phone with the customer service rep, she tried to tell me it was Unisex. I’m sorry, but men’s feet are LARGER than a women’s foot. Annoyed and frustrated with their lack of descriptions. This is not the only shoe with lack of descriptions and I have been a DSW customer for 20 years.
