Disappointed

Disappointed in DSW…when I placed an order I didn’t even imagine that I will get used beat up looking shoes. This is an insult. Shoes arrived used. I did not buy used shoes. I have been shopping with DSW for years. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was a gift for my brother. I am so disappointed.
