Heel broke during first wear

These shoes/boots are wonderful! They are very comfortable. I love that the heel is not too high. I have been having back issues lately and the higher heel is just too much anymore. I brought these on a trip with me and they looked fabulous with my dress as well as my dress pants. I received lots of compliments on them.
