Love these sandals

I wear my sandals all the time. Great foot support. Although, I do struggle to get my toe thru the strap, every time.

We appreciate your feedback. Most times you can fix the toe tightening by washing your sandals. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent. (Do not use fabric softener) Let them air dry. If this does not work for your our ReChaco team can fix them for you, give them a shout at 888-211-9211 Ext 1 M-F 8am-5pm EST. Hope this helps!

I wish I could say that I love my new Chacos but alas, they just make me sad that you discontinued the backless z-strap. Love the Z-strap, hate the back-strap.

Shoes are amazing. Very comfortable and my feet don’t get tired when I wear them. You can feel the quality. I will say there is a few spots that rub, but it’s not too bad. Great shoes overall.

Webbing change?

I love that the soles of the sandals I just bought haven’t changed, but am disappointed that the webbing has changed. It is a lot lighter than any of many previous 4 pairs, not as rugged. Do you still sell some with the heavier webbing? The fit was perfect.

These are amazing. However I bought a different pair of Chaco on Poshmark and they are unwearable and unreturnable. DO NOT buy the Yampa ZX2...the ones that have lots of thin straps. Your toe may not fit through the opening and if it does it will be facing the wrong way. The Cloud 2s are winners!
