Size 15 is a little tight. Would be nice if a size 16 was available to provide more adjustment and toe protection. These are far superior to Tevas poor quality products.

Perfect for me. I'm a 23 year River Guide on the Ocoee River in TN. Great on the river and on wet rocks and great with jeans for casual times off of the river.

As others have mentioned, the sole is stiffer but not too stiff for everyday walking. They have great traction on hilly terrain. I have been using them as my summer work boots, and they have better grip than my real work boots. I'll put some real miles on them hiking this weekend, and I do not expect any issues after considerable use on our hilly property.

They’re stylish, sturdy, & comfortable. I’ve hardly worn anything else since I bought them.

I have very narrow feet. Size 14-15 depending upon the shoe and A width. I like the idea of being able to adjust and tighten the whole system without my toes restricted for the summer. However, I tighten so much, I’ll have to take them to a shoe shop to cut and re-stitch the strap tail. I guess it’s doable, but more expense.

These were my first pair of Chaco sandals and I have to admit there is a little bit of a learning curve with adjusting the straps to get them just right and the break in period. That being said I look at them almost like the “boots” of sandals meaning the more you wear them the more comfortable they get and it just keeps getting better! I wasn’t sure about them at first but after wearing them to ball games and hiking I can’t get enough of them! They dry super fast and the Vibram outer sole tread is super grippy! I haven’t slipped in them one time. I also love the arch support which has helped a lot with my lower back.The straps also get softer and form to your foot shape as you wear them. For anyone on the fence about them just know that there is a break in period but don’t let that stop you from owning the most durable and comfortable sandals on the market in my opinion. Very happy customer here and will be getting another pair if they ever wear out! Hope this helps. Cheers!
