Returned Shoes Sent in Defective Condition

Nice looking shoes. However, I received a pair of returned shoes with most of the original packaging materials missing. The right shoe’s strap is much looser than the left shoe’s. If DSW paid attention to why the shoes were returned, they should not be sold or shipped out. I had to return them and reorder. What a waste of time and a disappointment!

You might want to size down - straps fit wide

Beautiful shoe, but the straps fit a little bigger than I would have expected. I saw a previous review that the shoe runs big, so I sized down. I'm normally 8.5 and ordered 8. My heel does go right to the end of the shoe, so in a technical sense, they are a bit too small. However, the straps keep my feet in. If I would have ordered my original size, I believe they would have been too big overall. I'm assuming that once I wear them out, my toes and heels will move forward, so it won't look like I sized down - I'm pretty confident that'll work itself out. But, the fit overall is great and they're very comfortable. Love that pewter color, so unique! I don't have any shoe in that color, and it's a perfect neutral color when I don't want to wear black or nude.

I bought these a while ago and loved them so much I bought them in white... it's been a few months now and the heel piece becomes loose and breaks. I don't like to throw away shoes because that's not very sustainable and to fix them..it was $40. Definitely not worth it.
Also, the straps always fall down and I don't know how they are supposed to stay on your foot.
I loved the style but these are not a good everyday heel. Mind you, I am on my feet for maybe one hour of the day

WAY too big

The shoe itself is beautiful but unless you have VERY thick feet and ankles they will not fit!!! Even a shoe insert wouldn’t keep me from sliding in these. If you are a heavier women or have swollen or bigger wider feet and ankles these would be a good option but if you are like me with normal feet and ankles don’t waste your money.

Very cute shoes. I haven't had an opportunity to wear them yet (only reason for the 4 star rating) but were comfortable when I tried them on and walked around my house in them
