Brooks Cascadia 19 is an excellent shoes. Shoes are a perfect fit, and it is like walking on clouds. I especially wear them for casual outings. I highly recommend Brooks if you're shopping for shoes. It is the perfect choice.

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I needed. I needed a shoe to run off-road with. sometimes gravel trails, sometimes dirt and grass. These shoes are just as comfortable as my Ghost 17s but with better grip for the trails.
They will also serve as hiking shoes for our road trip.

Good traction on multiple surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for a hiking trip that didn't happen, but I got to try them out on our local trails. For over two hours on grass, dirt, gravel, ground asphalt, and pavement I had no trouble with traction or slipping. The shoes were comfortable and great on all those surfaces. I'm usually a road runner, but I had such a good time with these, I'm looking forward to going back and maybe trying other trails in our area.
