Almost Perfect

I bought a month ago. Beautiful rich color. Comfortable right out of the box. I wear them almost every day. BUT today the little tassel pull on the right boot fell completely off. Lucky I noticed & found it under my desk at work. Hoping my husband can put it back on. I still love them though! Wish I had black ones.

I love the natural color, the casual look, the minimal heel and the comfort. Runs pretty true to size. Can wear them all day while on my feet and don’t have any complaints. Would definitely purchase again.

These are some of the comfortable boots I have ever owned. They go with skirts and pants and look great. I am thinking about getting another pair in another color because I could live in these.

Scratches On Shoe

I returned the 12/28 online order that I received on 1/3 that had scratched on the boot. 1/5 per Kia @ the Arlington store will send me the exchanged boot via FedEx. Kia did not mention that I would be charged $8.50 for shipping. Lesson learned not to do that type of transaction with DSW! The store should not have sent out a below sub par product for $106.74! Worst experience!

Great boots, poor packing

I bought these about a month ago. They are good quality, and very comfortable right out of the box. Fits true to size. This brand gas proven very durable over the years. The color is accurate. There were two scratches on the top of the right boot, and that was disappointing. I rubbed them out mostly but packets need to trim their nails or something. There should not have been scratches.
