Wrong Size

DSW could not correctly send me the right size. I ordered from the app and they sent me the wrong size, despite ordering correctly. Then I messaged someone over the chat and they sent me a new pair. Still in the wrong size. Then I spoke to someone over the phone and they sent me a third pair. STILL the wrong size. I can’t write a review of the boots because I never got them and will be purchasing them from a different store. Leaving this review so no one goes through the same problems.

They are cute but a lot darker than I expected - a bit more close to black than brown to me. I usually wear a 6 but I have to size up to 6.5 with Blundstones.
