Disappointing

I enjoy the colors (I had the pink and blue), but both, within 3 months of wearing, they cracked on the seam in the same place of the right front foot by the big toe. I like how non-slip they are in my kitchen, but the quality sadly isn't great.

Wrong shoe

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered coral Pink size 42, I even paid extra for 2 day shipping! I was so excited until I opened the box and they sent me the wrong color (blue) and the wrong size (43). I spoke with a representative and I have to wait another 2 days for the correct shoe AND they expect me to take the time out my busy day to return the wrong shoe that THEY sent! I am livid! This makes me never want to order from here again.

Disappinting longevity.

Wonderful to a point. I loved these when I purchased them for work but after less than a year (about 10 months woth work averaging 4 days a week), they began to crack along the side seam and the sole. After another month, the other sole cracked. I have reached out to Birkenstock and they do not offer any protections for customers regarding longevity. Dissappinted for the price tag that these couldnt even make it a full year.
