Sent WORN Shoes

The first pair of these I was sent was packaged terribly and the box was smashed which left the suede shoes scuffed. Customer service sent me a second pair that were WORN. Bottoms were black. You could see the foot prints in the bed of the shoe. Never again will I order from DSW for shipping.

I bought these recently and am so happy with them. The color is neutral with a fun thick sole, which is really on trend. These shoes are very comfortable with great arch support and plenty of toe room.

I have several pairs of chunky Birkenstock sandals but this is my first clog and I really love the look. I take the same size as I do in the sandals and did not need to size up. My street size is 9 and I wear a 39 in these.
