Just the ones I've been wanting!
I finally broke down and purchased these. I purchased the "men's" but these are actually uni-sex so should be listed as such. Unfortunately, my local DSW doesn't carry the Milano as a women's shoe (wish they did), so I had to go to the men's department to find them. They are a bit stiff and will require gradual break-in, but I love them. Comfortable in general, I just have to be patient with them.

Gift for my husband
I own many pairs of Birks and have been trying to get my hubby to try them w/o success. I found a pair of Milanos while shoe shopping for myself and bought them on a whim to gift to my him. He loves them so much, now he only wears his new Birkenstocks. Yay!!!

Comfortable???
I stepped into a pair of my my son's worn-in sandals and they felt like walking on clouds, so I purchased a pair. Mine feel like I'm walking barefoot on concrete. Don't know whether to return them or try to "break them in"? Also, had to exchange the size 12 (the size I normally wear) for a smaller size 11 because the toe grips did not line up with my feet. Very sceptical about these...

Go Down a Size From What You Normally Wear
I have a pair without the back strap that are 43 and said to fit 10.5 but a little too large and the toe grooves hurt after awhile. So I got these 42s and they fit perfectly.
