These run true to size for me -41 [size 10]. These are the narrow width footbeds but are okay since my bunion surgeries my feet are narrower. These are sl. dressier than the other styles that I own. I worried that these wouldn't feel secure on my feet but they are. The brown is just as pictured. I think they are calling them dark brown but they are not dark.
