Don’t waste your time and momey
Terrible quality and even more terrible customer service. These shoes developed a very sharp hard spot in the cork of the foot bed after just a few times wearing them. Customer service told me to call the store, the store told me I needed to contact customer service, customer service then AGAIN told me to contact the store. Awful all around. A total waste of money and time. Reps at the Brentwood Missouri store were super rude.

Very Cute And Comfy!
I needed more support with my open toe shoes as I am in my last trimester of pregnancy and these definitely did the trick! Very comfortable and support my hips and back well as I have flat feet. I have walked in the airport with these with no issues. The design is very cute and go well with sun dresses and rompers too!

So Cute And Comfortable!
I purchased the light pink pair and absolutely love them! The foot beds are a lighter color so they do patina quickly, but it is part of the character of Birkenstocks! I do feel like they do run a tiny bit big from my standard shoe size so I sized down one size.

Pretty sandals, very comfy.
I bought these in white pearl for myself. Love the thinner straps for a different look. The white shimmer is so pretty. Very comfy, fit great.

I like them so far, hoping to love
Feel good as far as support, but it's going to take a lot of breaking in to get them where they need to be. I also wish that they were a bit longer. I JUST hit the edges and I'm a proper size 42.

Unique Style
The pink Franca is a super cute style. Important to note that these are the regular width and not the narrow width like most of the Birkenstocks sold at DSW. Also, the footbed is cream-colored so it looks dirty *immediately*
