Need better packaging

This is the first time ordering Birks from DSW and I just received them. First impression, I'm not impressed. They come in a generic plain box that is too large for the shoes with one little sheet of tissue. For the amount of money I paid, presentation and care is everything. The Birkenstock clogs appear fine. These are a gift, so I just expected packaging to be better. I ordered another pair of shoes and that box arrived crushed. Disappointing.

I’ve been really happy with these Birkenstock Boston clogs so far. They’re comfortable right out of the box thanks to the contoured footbed and soft suede lining, and they feel supportive enough for all-day wear. Spring, summer, fall, with socks or without, these are the most comfortable shoes and so cute.
I have back issues and I can wear these all day with no problems. Happy back, happy feet.
