Used Shoes

I have these in many colors, I love them for holidays. They are super comfortable. My complaint is that DSW sent me a VERY used pair. Guessing someone got them for a bachelorette or bridal shower and returned them after that night since I got the silver/ white pair. I returned them and will order straight from Betsey Johnson. I saw another reviewer also had this problem.

The pair we received clearly was worn they have sock lint inside and the soles are scuffed up. They are also not white but yellow from the glue that was used when making them.

I ordered the shoes w/hearts. I could tell they had been returned - slight wear on the bottom but the rest looks good so i’m keeping them. I also got them on sale - I would be returning if I paid full price & they were worn! They are super cute and i can’t wait til February! I went up a half size from my normal because they wear a little short. May be because the rhinestones don’t allow for any give.
