    Received Clearly Worn And Scuffed

    Received this item in unacceptable condition, scuff marks all over and worn. I received these for a wedding I am going in California in 2 days so I need to wear them in this condition and don’t have time to return them. I called customer service and they told me my only option is to return the shoes. I asked if they could expedite me a new pair so I hopefully can get them in time and they said that since it is a “luxury item” they can’t expedite it. I spent over $250 for this “luxury” item. Appalling and appalling customer service. No reimbursement, nothing. I have been a daw customer for a long time but as of today never again.
