Bad Shoe

Received my order and open package only to find the shoes was damaged and looked to be dry rotted. I was very disappointed and this is the first time I have had an issue with my order.

I Love these shoes so much that I bought two pair I wore them one time and the shoes are peeling I will be calling customer service I don’t want to exchange them but I have no other choice.

Like many others here I've only worn these a few times and the top finish is cracking and wearing off where the flex in my foot is. I will not buy a product from this brand again.

Amazing look & fit but poor quality

Shoes are beautiful...lot of compliments! Fit was perfect with a little extra room across ball of foot, which I need. Very comfortable! Both heels got fuzzy material scrapped off 1st time I wore them. My fault, so just colored in with black Sharpie. After about 1 month, all of the fuzzy material started rubbing off where my dress pants met my shoes. So disappointing! The store returned them but I just wish they would have lasted. Also, had sprayed them with waterproofing before 1st wear, which should have made them more resilient.

I bought this shoe and it is a very cute stylish bootie but it was too big and wide for my foot. I will be exchanging it for a smaller size. I really hope it will work out. I will return with my review once again
