Chain broke immediately with a step
I threw the box away to take these on vacation and the minute I put them on to wear them the cute little chain broke.

Chic Mules

Black Fret Mule
I bought these in black and absolutely love them! The chain detail gives them something a little unique and dresses them up. I usually wear a size 7 and that is what I bought in these - they fit perfectly.

Terrible quality, broke the second I put them on
The chain part of the strap broke the first time I put them on, didn’t even get a chance to actually wear them. The metal is very lightweight and cheap, I don’t think it would hold up very well even if they weren’t faulty. Returned and will not be re-ordering.

Cheaply made
Will be returning in store tomorrow. They arrived today and literally before I even got my foot in good the chain broke. I probably would have returned them anyway because they look cheap and the synthetic leather is a dull looking black.

Stylish & Comfortable
I really like these shoes, I bought the bone color first th go with a outfit. I quickly realized I haveing them in black was essential. Comfortable and stylish! The "pointed toe" wasn't very attractive to me on a flat, but I wore them with a dress and they were very cute!

Wanted To Like but….
I ordered these shoes in black. I ended up returning them because they are cheap looking and not comfortable at all. They are very stiff and no padding. I had high hopes for them, and that they would be a good dressier shoe since I can’t wear heels.

NOT brown
The color looks brown and is even described as brown but it is in fact NOT brown. I ordered and when I picked them up and opened the box they were tan. The color on the box said “tan smooth”. DSW needs to correct color. Name and photo to reflect what color They really are.

Disappointed ...
I purchased these shoes in brown and had high hopes. Sadly, they ran short and wide, pinching my toes and leaving a gap around the top of my foot. (I'm a consistent size 9 - would have had to order a 9.5 or 10 for length and then they likely would have been even wider.) They also look better online ... they looked rather cheap when I opened the box and saw the actual shoes. They went back immediately.
