Horrible Packaging

Why did I receive these boots with no top for the box and the shoe folded up all kinds of ways? Presentation matters and I spent good money, why did I receive my order like this? Unacceptable, do better DSW.

Versatile black boot

Recently purchased and have worn several times now. Very cute with a short skirt but also sleek enough to go under a wider leg denim, so it can be versatile. I wear a 9.5 to a 10 if a shoe is a little narrow. I bought the 9.5 and they fit great, very comfortable so far but I havent worn them for extensive walking.

I have been obsessed with getting a pair of wine colored tall boots. These were called oxblood but look like a wine/merlot. Love them. Fit perfect. Comfortable. Sent the wide calf I ordered. Love love love them
