Baretraps Acelyn Bootie - Women's

I absolutely loved these boots when I first tried them on but as I walked a little in them I noticed my socks were falling down in them-much moreso in the right boot- making it so that there were bunched up socks under your feet. So I proceeded to try them with a variety of different socks- old, new, long, short, thick, thin with all pretty snug fitting. Every sock I tried did it but did not do it in any other boots. I really did not want to give up on these boots so I ordered another pair thinking these must be defective. Same thing happened so these must have a defect in how the boot itself is made on the whole. Hence, I will have to return. So disappointed because they looked & felt great.

These are comfortable and fit pretty well. I like that they have zippers on both side. The top of the boot is very loose at the ankle so I don’t love them. I wear them around the house like bedroom slippers

Customer service is great - they were very helpful in exchanging the broken pair of boots. However when the replacement pair came they looked well worn and even smelled worn. Hopefully this can be resolved - they say 3rd time charm. I hope so. The boot is really cute and very comfortable. I will be very sad if I have to give them up totally.

I just bought these and wore them once. The rubber sole is already fraying on the edges. The left shoe heel started making a popping - like it has fractured and breaking. I would love to exchange them for another pair but unsure if this is possible. It’s really sad as they were so comfortable right out of the box. I would gladly give them a 5-Star rating if I could exchange them.
