Rubs the back of the heels

I bought this and wanted to like it because it was so cute. After 30 min of wearing it, both the back of my heels were cut and bleeding. I tried to return them, and they said you can't return shoes once they've been worn even if they cause harm. Very disappointed because this brand was known to be comfortable.

No, I do not recommend this product.
