I never had this type of Asics before. Very comfortable for walking. Easily removed insoles and inserted my orthotics. So happy I got them!

Comfy and Light

Wearing for the first day ... like the heel support. It's nice, without so much padding that I feel like I'm wearing platform shoes. Tying the laces a little looser helps when wearing to the gym, followed by errands, which means the shoelaces don't come untied easily. I've has that problem in the past, so this is a nice change.

Best Comfort For Arthritic Feet

ASICS were recommended by my podiatrist for comfort and support for my right foot with advanced arthritis in the big toe and metatarsal area. This model has helped tremendously, can wear for hours with virtually no pain. I was able to resume my daily walking regimen. Bought a second pair just to have as a spare when the first pair gets old/wears down.

These Asics are the Best!

Love Asics and always wanted a navy blue pair. These shoes are perfect and so comfy. I wore them right out of the box with my orthotics for hours and never had a foot problem. The shoes fit well with my orthotics in them.

Best ASICS Walking Shoe

These are my FAVORITE of all time walking shoes! I have had three pair over the past couple years. I do at least 10,000 steps almost every day, and always write the date on the shoe box when I first begin wearing them. This pair is my favorite because they go perfectly with jeans! I have been wearing my current pair since last September, now over six months. I can still wear them all day and then walk for 45 minutes to an hour without any cushioning problems. Additionally, I was initially concerned about the white sole getting dirty and looking unclean but, with a little soft scrub I can clean the side soles and they look brand new. The bottom of my shoes are also not worn down yet, so my traction is good. I was always an ASICS fan but really love these GEL running shoes for walking.
