Too Long To Ship
Ordered these shoes for business trip on 10/12. Expected with 5 days. But as usual for DSW, the order was not processed or even shipped until 10/15. Won’t arrive until 10/21, 4 days into my business trip. This is the main reason I stopped buying from DSW. They’re in store inventory has limited shoes. Mostly their “preferred brands” or never has my size. I’m not spending a third of the cost of the shoe to expedite a pair of shoes to receive sooner than 10 days. Figure out a better process DSW. This is unacceptable. No idea how the shoe fits or looks because they haven’t arrived yet.
