Bad Quality & Bad Customer Service.

I ordered this pair of boots because I bought the black ones in store. When I received them, I noticed a decent amount of glue residue making the boots look cheap and messy. I emailed customer support and they sent me another pair. When I received the second pair, I couldn’t even wear them because it left like I was stepping on a golf ball in the shoe. I went in store in Austin and explained the situation. Since I got them on cyber Monday sale, I figured they would honor that…….nope. The manager didn’t even offer to help me or try to contact customer support for me. So I have to now pay more money for something they messed up on not once, but twice. The quality at DSW used to be decent, but now it is absolute garbage. I decided to contact them myself and took back both pairs of boots in hopes that customer support would help me. They told me they would send me a fed ex label and that I have to return those boots first. It’s not too big of a deal, except now I have to run all over town to find a fedex and print my label and buy a box to send the boots in. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service, it is quite unprofessional and I have decided I would rather pay full price elsewhere if that means I get better customer service and better quality. I would never recommend DSW to anyone ever again.

Beautiful great quality boot, perfect brown color. The boot is a narrow fit. Im usually an 8.5 and had to order a 9, the 9 was still a bit tight but not terrible. I suggest sizing up.
