Clear strap issue

I love this shoe and they're very comfortable BUT the clear straps are not clear. I received them with a film and I've cleaned them thoroughly but then they return to a solid film again. Maybe I received a flaw scandal. So disappointing!

Fit smaller but next size way too big! No support and very uncomfortable. So cute to look at though! Had to return

Mismatched coloring on shoes

These shoes are beautiful, but sadly the shoes did not match - one had lots of navy blue, the other had none but had lots of green - they looked like I had one shoe from two different pairs on. It was the same material, but the color lots were not matched very well. I had to return them.
