Water Damage and Poor packaging for rain.

The shoes are very pretty and comfortable but unfortunately terribly packaged. I needed these for a western themed fashion show I’m modeling in and they came with significant water damage as a result. It rained and there was a large hole in the dsw bag, they were in a very cheap, standard paper box inside, and had no secondary bag or anything around the shoes to at least protect them. It rained. So they were just loose and water seeped in, unfortunately wrinkling the leather and wetting the inside making a very uncomfortable fit that I have no idea how to dry. These could have been perfect but I fear I may have to return these and buy some new, dry shoes in person. How unfortunate. This is my first time ever ordering from this company and I had planned to buy more, I will not.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought these on a whim, always wanted white boots but never found “just” the right pair…UNTIL THESE! They are so comfortable and can be worn with casually or dressy. They are true to size and feel fantastic on. I loved them so much I bought them in BLACK too!!!
