One sad flaw

This is a very high-quality sandal that would probably last for years, and I would have kept it, except -- the main strap that fastens across the top is only so adjustable! It is sewn with a wider strip of material - maybe to reinforce? - at it's base - and this will NOT fit through the plastic ring! So I could not tighten it to where I needed it! So disappointing, and the reason I returned them.
