Comfy Attractive Sandal
It’s hard for me to find a comfortable pair of shoes. Because this shoe came in wide width and doesn’t have too high of a heel the first day I wore it to work it was comfy all day long. I normally wear a size 10.5 or 11 but the 10W was the right fit for this. I ordered it in black and white.

Perfect heel height
I bought two pairs of these in a half size difference between the two, and I found that the size I usually wear is a little big too big. The chunky heels are the perfect height, and the insole has a cushy padding. They are comfortable, however, the ankle strap hits right on my ankle bone, and I haven't worn these for long periods of time, so not sure if the straps will rub. So far, I'm very pleased with these dressy sandals.

Happy with my purchase!!
Love these sandles! I’ve only worn them around the house, but they’re really comfortable. The heel height is perfect for me…no more high heels for me! I got the tan suede and they’re a perfect neutral for Spring & Summer. Run TTS. The ankle strap is soft and seems comfy, plus they have some arch support. Looking forward to wearing them with dresses, skirts & jeans.

Very Comfortable And Cute!
These are extremely comfortable. Just the right height. And the color is beautiful. I have to disagree with the description of dark brown because I would describe it as camel, just like what it looks like in the picture. Don’t run the risk of running out of your size, buy them!

Great cushion but not for large ankles
Shoe arrived with the paint scratched off the back of the right foot so I am returning. My size as a pregnant woman is 11 W. Normally I am 11. I ordered 12 since that’s similar to 12 wide. The shoe fit well but it is not for people with large ankles. While I was waiting for the shoe to arrive I already started shopping for other options as I suspected due to the thick strap it was not easily made to conform to a larger ankle. I’m not pleased at all. However the shoe was so cushiony and I didn’t expect that. Had the strap been a tad wider I would’ve exchanged for a non damaged pair and saved for after pregnancy

Cute and comfortable
I just bought these shoes and I LOVE them! they are so comfortable, cute and they look and feel great on my feet. I I have flat feet which is why I wear heels most of the time. At 75 years old I can't wear heels as high as I used, and I don't like a lot of the lower heel shoes for women my age. These shoes have a built in arch support that makes it very comfortable to walk. I wear a size 12M, and they are true to size. I was able to catch a sale, so I bought the pewter and the black. I just received the pewter color today, and the black ones are on the way. I am very satisfied! I definitely intend to get this shoe in the other colors.

Suede Comfort
I purchased these in black suede and really like the supportive foot bed. The lower heel makes for an overall comfortable dress shoe.

Disappointed
Not happy with my DSW experience at all. I ordered three pairs of this shoe in different colors. The DSW website said they had all the colors I ordered (gold, black, camel) in 12N - narrow. I paid a lot of money for them. Each shipped separately. Guess what…all of the shoes that arrived were 12W - wide. DSW clearly has a problem with their online system. I then went to the actual Aerosoles website upon this big mishap and Aerosoles doesn’t even sell this shoe in 12N - only 12M and 12W. This error is quite deceiving for customers who are ordering online. On top of this huge issue one of my other pairs of shoes was cancelled although DSW stated 5 were in stock. This has happened several times before with DSW. You guys are known for shoes but I have the most issues when ordering shoes from you all. It’s becoming quite troublesome and I am sure I am not the only customer with these issues. Please fix your systems to update in real time and make sure your product selection (size and width) is accurate. Will be returning all shoes.
