    Nice Shoe But Runs Large

    I was really hoping these shoes would fit. The quality is good and the heel height is just right (not too high to be unhealthy for toes/bunions). Unfortunately, they run large. I wear a size 8, and these leave a gap of almost a half each behind my heels. Too loose to use with purchased insoles, such as Dr. Scholls. I will see if a half-size down will fit better, but I have a feeling they may be too tight. Sigh . . . it's a challenge to find good quality shoes at a reasonable price and with a cushiony insole.
