Never got the shoes. They never reached out to me to let me know my item would not be shipped. Customer service offered to refund or send a pair out at NO ADDITIONAL COST well I'd hope so considering you took my money already and I never recieved . Lack or resolution from customer service to make the situation better and ended me chat very quickly. Not impressed with my first time ordering here
