Damaged Item
I paid full price for brand new adidas sneakers, and received a worn item in a damaged box. Customer support wasn’t helpful at all and this is the second time I’ve received a damaged product from DSW. The sneaker is so soft and nice but sad I have to wear a damaged item. Please be careful when ordering from DSW online. Whoever is packing the orders just has no care or professionalism at all!

Great shoe but sent wrong size
Love the shoe! It’s super comfortable and supports my arch nicely for my plantar fasciitis. It’s just a little big for my foot since I was sent a shoe half size larger than what I ordered. I will keep it anyway, because I don’t want to wait to wear it.

I always love a good pair of Adidas running shoes. I was slightly frustrated that I couldn’t get this pair completely in all black (the white stripes on the back on the heel taking away froman all black look.)

Just The Right Size!
DSW happened to be out of the size 10 of the Swift Run 1.0 sneaker. Just my luck I needn’t ahead and sized down because one review mentioned this shoe runs big. I purchased the 9.5 and when I say I’m glad, I mean I’m ecstatic I got the 9.5. They fit perfect!

Super Comfortable
As much as I love the comfort of this shoe, I must say they are very hard to slip on. I wish the shoe had a loop to use to pull it on. Otherwise, it’s a great shoe!

comfy and soft and wide
bought these in a half size down since everyone was saying to and they were mainly right. i couldve done my original size and it would have been fine. theyre wider than most of my sneakers so there is still a decent amount of room in the shoe even though i sized down. pretty comfy and soft though!
