Falling Apart

I bought these shoes not even a month ago and they are already falling apart! I'm a waitress for 6 hours a day usually so I'm not on my feet like crazy so I don't understand why they would be falling apart already. On hold with DSW right now...will see what they say...

Runs small, size up.

Ordered these online and just got them today. Giving them a 4 star because normally I wear a size 10 with crocs and these seem to run a bit small. One shoe even says 10.5....which isn't a size on here so I'm a little confused. That being said, I love Croc sneakers so I'll reorder in size 11 to see if they are better this way.
